Forth Bridges • Distillery Tour • Scone Palace • Viewpoint of the 3 Bridges

On departing Edinburgh, you will find yourself crossing the magnificent Firth of Forth within just half an hour. Entering the Kingdom of Fife, the tour continues north through magnificent scenery to the first stop at The Famous Grouse Experience. With an hour and a half to spend here, you will have the chance to take a guided tour of the distillery with opportunity to sample a wee dram of whisky - one of Scotland’s most famous and celebrated drinks.

On leaving Crieff, the tour continues into Perthshire and onto a two hour lunch stop at Scone Palace, the palace has an exciting and colourful history as one of Scotland's most important stately homes. Fifteen hundred years ago it was the capital of the Picts and in the intervening centuries, it has been the seat of parliaments and the crowning place of the Kings of Scots, including Macbeth and Robert The Bruce. The palace houses an outstanding collection of antiques, paintings and rare artefacts with grounds that are renowned throughout the world.

As the tour returns to Edinburgh, en route we make a stop at the viewpoint for the iconic 3 bridges, allowing you to disembark from the coach and see the engineering feats of each Forth Bridge in all their glory and create a unique photo opportunity and memory of your day out.
